Pay dates for 2026/2027

Pensions are paid on 25th of each month.

We do not issue paper payslips automatically each month. You will only get a paper payslip if your net pay changes by more or less than £1 from the previous month.

You will receive your P60 each May. If you do not receive it by 31 May, please contact us and we will send you a replacement copy.

You can view your payslips and P60s online anytime through the Member Portal. If you have not registered for the Member Portal, you can do so by following the registration guide.

Pension increases

Your pension is increased each year in line with the Scheme rules and legislation. For most members of the Scheme this will happen on 1 April. A few members will see their pension increased on 1 March or 1 August.

Guaranteed Minimum Pension

You may know that we must remove inequalities between men and women in Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) that was built up between 17 May 1990 and 5 April 1997. This work is ongoing and will take some time. If we do need to adjust your pension, this will usually only be by a small amount and we will write to let you know. If you don’t hear from us, you don’t need to take any action. If you have any concerns, please contact Isio.
